Early Colonies

The very first colony was set up on Mars in 3294. The objective of the colonization project was to see if planets such as Mars could be terraformed by introducing plants (and later animals) into the environment. By 3317, Mars was a fully functional planet, teaming with life, cities, and starports. In 3350, the gas mining project on Jupiter was established, and Mars could run on hydrogen fuel technology.
